My wife and I found ourselves in a unique situation with the passing of a family member and wanted to sell two houses and build one with a Mother-In-Law Suite. The market was scarce let alone, a house with an attached suite suitable for my Mother-In-Law. Steve guided us through the process, picking out plans that fit all our needs and Steve worked with us to make adjustments and additions throughout. We have been there for 17 years now with no issues and couldn't be happier with the house Steve and his crew built.

I had a first floor and basement renovation scope. Steve and his crews were awesome. Great communication, easy to work with, and most importantly the final product includes spaces that are perfect. I highly recommend and will use again on another project!

Paraska Construction helped finalize our final home design, was quoted within our budget and then built us a beautiful and energy efficient home. Steve and his crew did a great job as well as all of his subcontractors, especially Val, the stone mason.
